Lido di Ostia train station, allowing for easy day trips to Rome. The room was clean, with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The self-service breakfast had a nice selection, and the hosts were extraordinarily friendly.

The check-in process was frustrating. we arrived only to find no one waiting for us, despite our notifications about our check-in time. Not only was our bathroom outside the room, but accessing it required walking through another room that was shared by guests. While the location was great, the noise from nearby restaurants disrupted our sleep, making for a less than restful stay.

Comfortable room, charming terrace, with a beautiful view where I enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast each morning, and the convenient location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and the beach within minutes while being just 15 km from the airport.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room and it was comfortable. The big highlight was the shared terrace—it’s super spacious and has a great ocean view! The room decor is charming too, really cozy vibe. Plus, it’s not far from the sea, which was nice for early morning strolls. Just a short walk to eateries as well. One downside? The noise from nearby restaurants could sometimes be a bit much, especially at night.

staying at barocchetto romano was fantastic. amazing hospitality from perla and riccardo made me feel like part of the family. the terrace with an ocean view was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. it's just a short walk to the beach, and there are great restaurants nearby, including one right downstairs.

Had a great time with friends. The beach is super close, and we even hit up a couple of local nightclubs. Breakfast was perfect with fresh options to fuel our days. Perla and Ricardo really made us feel at home, and the vibrant atmosphere was just what we needed for a fun getaway.

I recently stayed here for 4 nights, and I can't emphasize enough how wonderful Perla and Ricardo are as hosts! They truly made me feel at home, and the shared terrace with its beautiful views was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic as well, with just a short walk to the beach and many great restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the lovely breakfast that they provided each morning.
